Dragon Island
I'm not sure anyone mentioned it before but...
Am I the only one who sees a dragon in the island north of tyria?

Ok. So?
We already know where 4/5 dragons in GW2 awaken and we know the 5th one awakens in the sea.

Maybe this one is a non-evil elder dragon
Who can help us to defeat the other dragons...
Probably not but you never know...

I don't see it xD And so far we know of 5 dragons. But none of them raised at the fire islands.

Its just the way the mountain on the Island is shaped.
My short time as an art major has taught me to look at lightness and darkness of features to gauge 3 dimension distances on a 2D artwork. The shapes you are seeing are ridges in the mountain, not the outline of a dragon. The part that might look like its eye to you is in fact the peak of the mountain.

I hope this has helped you to see the dragon.
It's probably nothing... but it would be nice

There lies your issue. You're seeing things which are not even truly there.
It's like when people saw a dragon face out of the symmetrical text in the Hall of Monuments (the interactive objects that are the five monuments), or when they saw images in the design of the ice in the cave in Drakkar Lake, thinking it was an image of a dragon..

My gut feeling here is that the more things that it could be, the greater the chance it's simply coincidence and there's nothing to see.
'Course, it could be interesting if someone WAS deliberately shaping the land, but if so I'd imagine it to be a little less subtle.

A little less subtle like this maybe.
We can speculate that that landmass to the north was supposed to be an area of new content for GW: Utopia. Since the original Tyrian map was altered to the current map during development of the now-abandoned expansion. Whether or not dragons had anything to do with Utopia is anyone's guess.

Actually, we at least didn't see the current map until after Utopia was cancelled and EOTN was getting close to being released.
